Just been wondering about this.

If France should PU Brittany and inherit it, will France get get cores? Or would only the irish nation get that? the celtic culture seem kind of smallish and not very profitable =P

France is in the French culture group, and Brittany is celtic culture group, so you won't get cores.

Never underestimate the almighty Basque! Navarra is actually a pretty fun game to play as if you go heavy colonizing. I was able to form Spain once, I don't know why that isn't an achievement.

Well take brittany, PU all Irish minors, and conquer wales and cornwale from england + the one province england have in ireland = Celtia!!!
To do this : Ally Scotland and France, and guarantee all irish minors atb. After Celtic culture won the battle - start spreading it thruout england, scotland and france...
