SU should not be able to take Bessarabia with a focus when it is a puppet of anyone, especially Germany. The decision should have to go through me. It is like 1942 and I am Germany. Austria, Hungary, and Greece are puppets. Axis has most of the usual suspects and the TriPartite with Japan. France is gone. UK is gone except the Pacific. I own Africa (except SA and Portugal), India, much of the ME, and much of the Asian islands. I could take SU with my eyes closed and they take my oil fields. Makes no sense.
