Vanilla Victoria doesn't have 1 .Only Revolution has a key, and is only available if you bought it from gamersgate.
It isn't really usefull for anything, except OT-acces, and you don't need that because you have registated EU3

My hatlessness ends tomorrow I think. I have OT withdrawal. Plus I want to revisit Vicky and CK with the new expansions. My last bought game was Doomsday as well, although Vicky is strictly speaking the last Paradox game I came into possession of - couldn't get hold of a copy, but found a registration code when Flori was promoting gamersgate's launch. Quite sad really considering I then went out and paid £30 each for a copy of two games also on gamersgate.
Don't regret it too much although Vicky last time I played was definitely a lot more like work than play

If you really are desperate for a registration to visit the off topic forum, just purchase Armageddon off Gamers gate. It is only 5 Euros. Even if you are not a fan of hearts of iron, it's a cheap and easy way to have access to anywhere in the forum you want to go.
The issue is not the money but that of being able to download and then register the game - kind of hard to do when your only internet connection costs £20 a minute via satellite or you have to travel c.150 miles on dirt tracks to get to the nearest place with a phone
