Cd key didn't transfer to merged account

A few months ago I merged my forum account with my paradox account of the same name. Never really came on here much, but I logged in today and noticed my Crusader Kings 2 cd key didn't transfer over to this account under my registered games. I attempted to input it again but the link in the address bar shows me "do=ck2taken" which I'm assuming means it thinks the cd key is taken. I suppose that means it's still hanging in my forum account which technically was merged with this one? If so is there any way to rectify this?

EDIT: I also just tried to input my EU3 cd key and it told me that was taken as well, I managed to put in my Divine Wind code though, so I'm guessing I never activated Divine Wind separately. Note that all three of these are all registered to my steam account (name Crazypanzer).

Sounds like you already had a different account name here, which has your game registrations on it - is that so? You were supposed to merge with that one, not this new one (Steam account names are not connected with there forum accounts). Sadly there is no way to move game registrations between accounts, so it's unfortunate you registered DW to this one.

What's you other account name here, do you know?

The only account I'm aware of having is Crazypanzer, which is the name I've used for everything for years. Would capitalization matter in the case of a lower case c (i.e. crazypanzer)?

So I got curious and looked at an old email I haven't used in a while, turns out I made a temporary account a while back for some unknown reasons, I think this was during a period of the forum going through registration problems or something, but I have the games on this account I'm currently posting from. Is there a way I could transfer them off this temporary account to the one I would like to use?

Note: This account is purely forum atm and not merged with any paradox account.

No, I'm afraid there is no way to move game registrations between accounts, as I mentioned above. It may be possible in some future version of the forum software, but not as it stands. Nor are name changes possible ... I'm afraid you're in quite a bind. I think at this point I'd better step out and let the forum Admins handle your case; sorry for the inconvenience so far.
