Hello everyone, I'm new here.

As Macedonia, I formed an alliance with Epirius while they were at war with Illyria. I'd like to get a causus belli out of this, if possible, but Epirius just isn't offering me the call to arms. Is there anything I can do? If I declare war on Illyria, I'll take a stability hit, correct?

Also, is there any disadvantage to having a disloyal King? Can a King go rouge like a regular general?

Haven't played any of the Paradox games before, but I'm hooked on this one.

Try to assassinate one of Illryais character, if they execute him you get a CB, and theres only been one instance ive heard of a disloyal king and i think it was a bug so dont worry about that

Assasination definitely works for causus belli! I think I took a small hit to my reputation for it, but definitely it was better than bleeding my economy dry while waiting to go to war.

Also, my King is now firmly back in command of my biggest army.

Thanks for the advice.
