If a catholic bishop likes the Pope more than his ruler, does he send the percentage of the church taxation to the Vatican? If so and there are no church taxes, would they keep all the gold?

Another question related to the above: will mayors and bishops always invest all(except for they money they use for assassination, gifts etc., which they shouldn't do too often, them being just some minor vassals) their money into their holdings? Or is some of the gold lost that they get?

Sometimes, when someone dies, I get some money. What are the conditions that I get this money? I guess money from vassals is always inherited by their heirs and vassals w/o family inherit it to their ruler. What about mayors and bishops? Do I get all of their gold? Will the bishop give it to the Pope if he liked him more than me? Or do new mayors/bishops get all the gold from their predecessors?

I know, these are probably a lot of questions for such a short post, but I'm sure you guys will figure it out;)

Mayors and bishops spend a large amount of their income on hunts, fairs and gifts to the pope. And you get all the money that your courtiers own when they die.
