Catharism, Lollardy, and Waldensism lack a religious head and it shouldn't be possible for them to have saints...
(Historically, the Cathars felt all of the "perfects", those who'd undergone their baptismal/consecrating rite, to be on what you could call a "saintly" level, but wouldn't be in favor of bloodlines because A) they intended everyone to be a Perfect and B) they considered reproducing/having descendants to be a sin. The Lollards considered praying to saints to be heretical and idolatrous. The Waldensians didn't, as far as I know, completely reject sainthood, but probably wouldn't consecrate any either.)
