When i play Crusader Kings 2 , this happened when i bought the Republic, my screen suddenly changes from digital ( which i use) to analog and hd. I still hear the game until
it begins to repeat itself very fast. I cant escape to windows to shut down the game. Iam forced to restart my pc.

That's exactly how my GPU overheating used to show itself. For bonus points, that was the same GPU that you have (specifically, ASUS EAH4850 TOP). You could confirm it by letting a program like GPU-Z or Speedfan log your GPU temperature while you're playing. As for fixing it, look for some way to increase the speed of the GPU fan (check the Catalyst Control Center that comes with ATI video drivers, or perhaps some program provided by the GPU manufacturer) and system fan(s), try cleaning any dust that might have accumulated on the heatsink, and improve airflow in the PC case by moving cables if they're in the way.
