Castille just sold Galicia to Portugal

Since the last patch or 2, the A.I. has been selling provinces much more than I've ever seen. In this latest instance, Castille wasn't even doing that badly, I think they just had a bit of debt.

I've even seen the Ottomans conquer provinces in the Armenia/Georgia region... core them in, and then sell them back to somebody over there, just a short while after coring them. (for no real apparent reason)

I'm seeing things like this pretty often now, and I'm just wondering if it's... 'WAD'.

Have also noticed it. Not too high prices too - Bahmanis sold me 2 provinces of ~10-ish dev for 100 duckies each.
