I've seen Castille AI colonizing St.Lawrence (Canada) the only way it can steer money from it it's towards bordeaux, which is suboptimal.
Please make it prioritize colonizing regions that steer into Sevilla.

Castile probably sees "Hey, I have a few provinces in Bordeaux" and says "Let's colonize the Gulf of St. Lawrence, which feeds Bordeaux, where we will collect the trade, along with what we're collecting in Sevilla".
