Nah, they'll carry the F-35C because there is no point in carrying the B. The B is more expensive and is only for assault ships and the US Marines, thus its ability to land vertically.
Was the Harrier "only for assault ships and the US Marines"?
Thanks to UAI, low RCS and multinational support the F-35B will be a very capable multi-role jet. It won't have the range or payload of Dave A or Dave C, but that's why it has it's party piece. The ability to perform short take-offs without a ski jump, and land on most CVs, LPHs and LPDs is invaluable, especially to countries like the U.S., the U.K and Italy who are the primary customers (UK has got/is getting some LRIP units no matter the decision re carrier strike).
That said, i'm very happy to see EMALS QEs in-game, the F-35C is the better choice of the two given our needs and co-operation agreements (with the US, France and NATO). If we do end up doing another u-turn on it, it'll be one of the greatest political sod ups in the UK in the past decade.
