I haven't played this mod, but I'm guessing everyone starts out with 0 tech, so there's no one with more tech than you that you can steal tech from, until later in the game.

I had considered that, but I'm now 89 years past the start date and it's still impossible, so I don't believe that's the case.
The odds of tech increase are only 2-3% per year for a 0.1% increase(there is a -80% ahead penalty on tech). So the odds of anyone getting tech in the first 100-200 years are low. This will speed up once the tech gets high enough for the building of universities and other tech boosting buildings.
The download links for the latest version don't seem to be working. Could someone upload an alternate link? Thanks in advance!
I would like to note that the religion for west slavs is still not fixed (should be the same as for rus, not romuva).

Check the first page under downloads, I just checked those links and they worked for me.
I just went to the 1st page and downloaded each version and they all downloaded fine for me. Not sure what to say...
Hey guys, first I wish to say that this is a great mod and I really enjoy it but I was wanting to ask a question, now I am not certain if this has been said before but I am wondering if it would be possible to change the Angle and Saxon dukes into earls ?, I know this would be confusing because the vanilla earls are closer to a newer time period where they are the pier of a count, however until (I think) 1068 English dukes as we now say were called earls. So it is just a question and I thank you in advance for the reply as well I thank you for this mod.

And Patch 1.08 is out. Usually a good thing, however wanted to try it out with 1.07 and have to wait again

I've played for a little bit as Novgorod for 50-ish years without crashes, so it seems to be doing ok.
Played it with Kingdom of Bretagne, 1.08 with 1.07 TOV+ Prince and Thane Version, I noticed:
1 Random CTD, not sure why.
When my Vasall revolts, I get the oathbreaker trait. Nooo!
Some minor events fired when they shouldn't(seldom)
Not sure if intended: The retinue cap is ultralow and makes it impossible to actually have one.
Minor flaw: Someone mentioned it already, but Pommeranians should be slavic pagan, not romuva.
I'm not sure if these bugs results from the incompability to the 1.08 version, or if theres a conflict between these two mods or elsewhere
