Apologies if I've missed it elsewhere but how about indicating provinces that have a cardinal on the Religious map mode for example. Also the scroll wheel on papal screen doesn't work for me. A small inconvenience.

Yes I thought the map thing too. And the scroll wheel doesn't work for me either so I wonder if it is locked on purpose. Also it would be nice if once a province got one cardinal it would be unable to get another one - this is a) how it is in the real world Catholic Church and b) to prevent one nation with a really rich province from getting too many cardinals. In my game Poland got 7 cardinals, ALL IN KRAKOW.
