According to the Wiki, Caravan Power is a bonus given to nations that "steering from, towards or collecting (only in main trading port) an INLAND trade node". In the attached screen I show you this bonus that was given to me (France) by transferring in the Bordeaux Node (not inland), even if it is not my main trading node (which is Champagne). Also, trying to transfer in other port nodes as well (for example Valencia), this bonus is not given to me. Can anyone tell me why this exception for the Bordaux Node? Thanks.
