I can't understand how is it with capturing a province.. when I capture a province from my ally's territory, it falls to my ally... sometimes even when it borders with my ally's province and I capture it from my province.. it also falls to my ally... how is it then...?

yeah, pain in the ass. otherwise you spill your blood for somebody else, be wary of your allies and what they
do
Yep, what I do is to attack from my province and support attack with allied forces (and own forces) from my ally's province.

After capturing the enemy province you can move Allied forces into that province to secure the captured terratory before moving to your next conquest. ;)
