Is it still possible to capture enemy fleets in their ports when capturing the province? I have the latest patch. I rather enjoyed this feature in the older versions. And on a side note, why is the VIchy French navy always out of gas?

Yeah. Although it only happened once to me in three games.

[QUTOE]And on a side note, why is the VIchy French navy always out of gas?

Because they don't create any convois from North Africa to their capitol. And the new convoy system s*cks.

Not exactly. Vichy is a puppet, and is only allowed to keep 100 of each resource for itself. The rest all goes to Germany, so it is Germany's problem to convoy it from N.Africa. THAT is why Vichy never has oil. If Vichy were to be liberated by Germany, THEN they would have oil.

The chance of capturing ships in port in 1.06c has been severely reduced ... even to such an extent that I have not captured a single ship in ages (1.04 maybe ?). Anyway, no longer am I able so supplement my fleet by paradropping into undefended provinces ... I don't miss it much ... one exploit less that tempts me to use it ...

Theoretically it is still possible ... but maybe only in one out of 50 (?) cases...
