Will there be a demanding of province system like in EU 2 or when a province is taken does it automaticly become yours?

When u take a province it is occupied, to own it u must annex it to ur country.

so, if I understand, you never own any of the conquered country until the capital falls and therefore you cannot use their resources and/or IC. Correct?

You can use provinces while they're occupied.

But only at half their worth. Still is often a better alternative than going out to occupy e.g. Belgian Congo to be able to annex Belgium.

Iam curious. Can you demand the provinces you occupy in a peace treaty or do you have to annex the whole country to annex the nation?

White peace or annexation are the only ways to make peace.

Not quite, you can also puppet partially ocupied nations among other options.

Well, it's total war.

Occupied provinces provide resources and u can use half their IC. Which is nice.

So IC is a predetermined amount? For example, you can not boost Haiti's IC through research to absurd levels, and will eventually top out.

nope, you can build new factories and certain techs give a bonus
