I've noticed a small, potential bug with the new 1.07 feature of being able to move your realm capitol to its historic county. In a recent campaign as the King of Rus and Volga Bulgaria, with Volga Bulgaria as my primary title, I can select to move my capitol to the county of Bulgar, and the tooltip does pop up telling me it is allowed and asks if I wish to proceed, but after I select "yes," nothing seems to happen. I've even tried making the selection again, and it seems no matter how many infinite times I select to move my capitol, it still doesn't move.
