Capitalist problem (maybe bug)

Hello everyone.


I'm playing Revolutions with newest patch.

I bought Calcuta from the english and as I have a full citizen party I made a capitalist there. Soon I get a message "capitalist startst to build xy factory in Benegal..." but as I check it out there is no factory beeing build there.

Every year 1-2 times I get the message that a factory is starting to build but not once it is started.

In my other states there is no problem they are building factories like normal.

So I think this is a bug or am I missing something?

Known bug. Factories can not be built in colonies. Unfortunately capitalists in a colony will still try to build them.

At this point, do not convert pops in colonies to capis if at all possible.

Fix will be included in the next official patch, whenever Paradox does decide to produce the next patch.

I encountered the same problem in an exported game where I, as Iceland, colonized the American east coast (it was an EU game that had been, in turn, exported from CK, so very ahistorical).
