How do I know what my capital is? Is it the province with my coa on it?

I was playing some Swedish duke, and he inherited the Kingdom of Sweden. With that, Gotland came into my demesne, and my shield moved there. Has my capital now also moved?

You will also notice that your technology levels changing when your capital moves elsewhere.
