Can't update my signature

My changes to the signature are not acknowledged. When I press "Edit Signature", the edit field already shows the desired text and layout (so apparently saved) but the preview shows the old signature, and after having pressed "Save Signature" the old signature is still there.

Don't see anything wrong with your account that would prevent you.
There are some hard limits for length, is the one you are trying to change to larger? or contain anything abnormal?

Thanks, it works now. I messed with the layout and format as you can see (...!), so spmehow a large part of the text didn't become visible.
