Can't update email address

Throughout the last couple of days, I tried to update the email address used for my Paradox account.

Unfortunately this does not work, every time I try to do this on the settings tab, it first says:

Updating your email...

and then about ten seconds later:

This is taking way too long, something must be broken. Please try again later.

Could you please look into this?

Can you please open a ticket via our helpdesk (link is in my signature) and provide the time and date you tried to change it as well as what the email currently is and you want to change it to.
