Can't Uninstall HoI 2

I can't uninstall HoI 2, I want to install it onto another disk, because the disk it's currently on is too full, but whenever I try to uninstall, it says "Installation support file not found" and exits. I've tried it from Add/Remove programs from Control Panel and same problem. Anybody have any experience with this?
