Hi,

Playing as Castille, I took Labourd from England thinking I could release it as Guyenne and use it to take some French provinces. But I can't see it on the "create vassals" screen. There are only Galicia and Granada. Guyenne still has a core as do France and England (this was during their truce after the HYW ended). Does the province need to be one of my cores before I release it?
