can't registry my game at Paradox 'my games'?

I have pre-ordered the game at PcGameStore but the serial number doesn't fit the registration boxes:
The serial number is AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC, but the boxes in 'my games' demands AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE-FFFF

btw have you managed to figure out what to do with the coupon thingy for the DLCs?

Buy DLC from their shop and use coupon during checking out. After that "buy" DLCs for free.
I did it anyway and I have them now under "purchased games", so I assume I'll have to download them separately later.

Strange, worked for me. So I think I have to ask: are you sure you're using right codes? Coupon ones, not serials. Or maybe try buying one first, and another one after that, later.
