Cant register EU4

for some reason i cant register eu4...i copied the key from steam but instead of the game registering it says that the code was not found i ve even typed the whole key myself and checked multiple times but still it kept aying that the code was not found...anything else that i ve registered(dlcs) worked fine so its probably not me doing something wrong can anyone help?

Are you sure you tried registered under EU4, CKII and Vicky II? And are you sure that you don't have another account where those games are already registered?
