Can't Redeem my Eu4 Cd key

I cant redeem my Eu4 Cd key witch means I can't view the forums I have EU4 on steam and all the Dlc I put in 1 of the Dlc's and that works but when I put in the base games CD it does not work

You have the EU4 base game (and Common Sense) registered just fine. Otherwise you couldn't have posted in the Eu4 tech Support forum ... !
