In my save-game below I can't seem how to raise all of my vassal levies. I think this is a bug.

Can't raise direct vassal levies

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
With 1.07, raising your direct vassal levies will raise all of their vassals' levies as well.
I know. But i can't seem to raise all of my Direct vassal levies, like the duchy of Apulia and Sicily (button is greyed out)
I had something simular to this.
I could not rewoke the title from my direct vassal (count) as I was his King (and no dukes in kingdom).
The button was greyed out and explanation was that he was not my direct vassal, while he actualy was.
Seems like game get confused, since previously he was a vassal of neighbouring Duke and I attacked him while he was rebbeling and took him as my vassal. Also that helped me to form my Kingdom (while untill than I was the duke too). Not sure what of this two produced the bug, but, once when I turned off the game and reloaded it again, he acted fine (correct) as my direct vassal and I was able to rewoke his title.
Maybe this can be fixed.

I think this is related to a general issue with revolting vassals. When your vassal's vassal revolts against his liege - he will show up in many places as your vassal during the revolt but he isn't really your vassal. You cannot revoke titles from these vassals that aren't really your vassal (you CAN demand conversion which I'd think would be a bug)- you get opinion penalties from their liege desiring "your" vassal (which you can do NOTHING about), etc.... So there are lots of parts of the game that are bugged in regards to your vassal's vassal revolting.
