OK here what's happened. I won a crusade as a duke of France and I have created all the duchies while my liege created the Kingdom. After that all Holy Land was lost in a Jihad but was won back in a following crusade. As a result I lost any land there (and the claims since I had a couple of successions), but I kept almost all the duchies. Now my liege has given the land to several counts, I have the notification to press my ducal claims but when i open the screen to declare war it says that I have no valid Casus Belli. We do have the same liege so am I missing something or is this some kind of a bug?
