Spanish Civil war as the nationalist front. Troops teleported out of the north when the anarchists hit, so I lost the Northern Garrisons about a week before completion. Carlists spawned. 6 focuses just bypassed and now theres like zero point in going through this tree. I dont know how this got past QA but I cant get the carlism buff anymore. which is 10% attack and defense, 1% recruitable population, Non-aligned support being removed.

Oh and on top of that, it bypassed the Fuse the Party leaders right? Well it also removed the guy that does facism support and consumer goods((He would have went away if I COMPLETED the focus)) but I never did. It was BYPASSED. So you don't give me my buff.... AND you take away one of my Advisors!?

For the purposes of conditional checks, a bypassed focus is the same as a completed one. A number of things in this game inappropriately check whether a focus was "completed" when it's possible for it to have been bypassed instead. I have no idea what's going on in the hornet's nest that is the new Spanish focus tree, so I have no idea if it makes sense for this guy to be unavailable just because the Carlists exist as a separate faction.
Code:
available = {
    NOT = { has_completed_focus = SPA_no_compromise_on_carlist_ideals }
    NOT = { has_completed_focus = SPA_banish_the_party_leaders }
    custom_trigger_tooltip = {
        tooltip = SPA_not_republican_spain_tt
        NOT = { tag = SPD }
    }
}

You already posted about teleporting troops in the SCW quite recently. How many times are you going to keep making a thread on the same thing over again?

Manuel Hedilla should not be available to Franco. I imagine this is working as designed and intended, and even if it wasn't their intent, it should be that he is unavailable to Franco regardless of the situation(and that indeed seems to be how it works in the game right now). Manuel Hedilla became the leader of Spanish Phalanx after the execution of Primo de Rivera by the Republicans. Franco announced that the Carlists and Phalanx would be merged, and Hedilla refused to go along with it. He was arrested and sentenced to death, but Franco was later persuaded to change his mind and let Hedilla go after stripping him of all power and influence.

Hedilla is and should be exclusive to the Falangist path proper for the Nationalists. Francoist Spain is already one of the best choices having access to almost all the advisors and generals of both Carlist and Falangist Spain, unless you're going to power game hard by exploiting the free American puppets the Falangist path gets.

Reading seems to be difficult.

This isn't a bug about teleporting troops. This is a bug about how the focuses bypass and doesn't give me the national spirit but does take away one of the political advisors.

Code:

    custom_trigger_tooltip = {
        tooltip = SPA_not_republican_spain_tt
        NOT = { tag = SPD }
    }
}

The thing that makes no sense is is that if it is the same as a completed one, why didn't it give me the national spirit? It should automatically give me the national spirit if its a completed one, if its also going to take away the political advisor. The politicial advisor would have been taken away -anyway- since that is what the focus says, but there is also a national spirit that it should have given me but never did.

That's the bug.

It's not a bug. The focuses that bypass would give you the Carlism spirit, which represents the Carlists increasingly cooperating with your government. But it doesn't make sense for them to cooperate with you if they've also risen up in rebellion against you. It's worth saying that the event that causes the Carlists to rise up also removes the Carlism national spirit from you if you have it, for that same reason. If you want to keep the Carlism national spirit, then you need to complete the Fuse the Parties focus before they rebel.

Okay and then it should allow me to keep the guy that it would remove then if the focus is bypassed. It's only logical that if it doesn't give me the national spirit despite it being a completed check, then it should also allow me to keep teh guy it would remove. Thats how focuses should work.
