Whenever I download the 1.092 patch it installs properly and states completion but when I boot the game I am still running 1.09 (LZDJ). This same problem happens to the 1.10 patch.

Are you sure you are launching the correct installation and that the patch files are installing to the correct folder? Try to seach for ck2.exe or ck2game.exe from your computer.
Found the problem after re checking my game files. Apparently the patches when installing were creating a separate Crusader Kings 2 file within my crusader kings 2 game files. Thanks for the help.
