Hi, so today from about 1100 till 1600 hours GMT +7 i can't open the forums only now i can open it. Weird thing is when i checked on one of the is this site is down site, the site was up so what's up with that ?

Can't really say or think anything with very little info. Could be a local issue?
Don't know bout that i could browse normally but i just can't open the forums but when i try to use a proxy it works
