Can't open mods!

When I download any mod it says descriptor file is missing. I've tried a lot of things like clean re-install or sub-unsub
mods but none of them worked.

What can I do? pls help.

idk I downloaded the mod and there is no problem I can open mod but after closing and opening launcher I saw this. İt happens every time I do it.

What launcher version?
What Game version?
What operating system?
When you did re-install, did you delete ALL traces of launcher, game & mods??
