I have tried all the possible ways to open the console, everyone except one does nothing, the one that does something only makes a sound like if you click a button in HoI3. That is all it does, make a sound then nothing. Anyone else have this problem? Or do anyone know how i can fix it?

I dont need help anylonger anyways, i only had to hold shift while clicking the button by the 1
