She doesn't appear in any court since she's betrothed, and the arrange marriage button is gone since we're both betrothed. I cannot seem to find a way to marry her. If I try to arrange marriage for her through the diplomacy tab, I'm not there since I'm not in my own court.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
You should have the alert at the top of screen saying you can marry bethroned. Click on it and the marry screen will pop up. Or ask her liege to marry her.

Try going to your character screen and click on her portrait, after that you should be able to arrange marriage.
I've already tried going to her liege, but she doesn't appear in his court since she's betrothed. I've also tried going to her portrait, but I can only arrange marriage through the diplomacy screen. No, I wasn't. Reloading fixed the issue, so I'll just have to not dismiss the alert when it comes up from now on.
