1- Playing as the Duke of Porto it said I couldn't marry my son to the daughter of the King of Navarra, because "both weren't bastards" which is quite weird, is this suposed to happen?

IIRC, the Navarrese girl is a bastard. I don't know why you shouldn't be allowed to marry bastards though. Maybe it's not allowed for bethrothals?

2- How do effectively we attempt to declare independence, it seems there isn't any plot?

You can declare a war of independence on your liege.

3- Is there any way to stop my liege from always raising my levies, I can't do anything because they are always depleted=

If you raise them yourself first then he won't be able to. Also if your opinion of your liege is low he can take less troops, but I don't know of an easy way to do that. You have to just get the right traits like ambitious.

There are always mercs and in the early game they are very powerful.

4- So I want as the Duke of Porto conquer the southern region under muslim control, is there any way to drag my liege into the war in my side?

If you have an alliance, you can. He may declare a separate holy war while during your war and pile his troops on the siege. Be careful though, he may get the peace treaty instead of you.

5- In the same situation as above except it's my liege that starts the war, is there any way to convince him to give me the newly conquered territories?

I think there was some way to ask for a duchy title, but it is ineffective. You may have to go to war with someone over it.

1- Playing as the Duke of Porto it said I couldn't marry my son to the daughter of the King of Navarra, because "both weren't bastards" which is quite weird, is this suposed to happen?

Bastard can't have son of their dynasty. Thus marrying a bastard with a bastard would create problem I guess...

2- How do effectively we attempt to declare independence, it seems there isn't any plot?

Independance war and call ally to help you if any... It's quite hard if you're weak compared to your liege and don't have cash to get mercenaries.

3- Is there any way to stop my liege from always raising my levies, I can't do anything because they are always depleted=

Not really... Best way would be to do anything you can to reduce your opinion for him...

4- So I want as the Duke of Porto conquer the southern region under muslim control, is there any way to drag my liege into the war in my side?

On an offensive war, it's impossible. You can drag other vassal but not your liege. Best way I found is to wait that your liege attack and you declare war for an other part of the same realm.

5- In the same situation as above except it's my liege that starts the war, is there any way to convince him to give me the newly conquered territories?

It seems that sometimes the liege gives title away... unsure about how he decide who get what.
