Can't load save data

I try to unlock the saving function with the instruction in this post.I play for serval days and build up a transport system with 4 metro line and some connection bus line.And i note that after beyond a scale of development every time,about 3 metro line.I can't load my save data.It just block on the loading screen.
Can anyone tell me that what is happening?THX A LOT!

this is my save data ,put it in
X:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\Cities In Motion\saves
