I was playing as France in the 1936 GC. I survived the initial German attack, the UK landed in northern Germany, there was a stalemate for years, we aligned the balkans, then the USSR came in and we crushed Germany in 1944.
Then the USSR released the soviet occupation zone. Then the USA (who had been neutral for the whole war) declared war on the USSR and then Greece (our ally) declared war on the USSR, bringing me into the war.
I pushed the soviets back into Poland, have taken Italy from them and have almost liberated Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia.
The problem is TC and partisans now. In Germany the partisan levels are at 30-40% but when I go to liberate nation there is no option to liberate the FRG or even the french occupation zone. What gives? I want to liberate them so they can produce divisions for me(I'm swiftly running out of MP due to constantly reinforcing guys and my other puppets, Italy, Spain, and Belgium, don't produce as many divisions as I'd like).
So why can't I liberate Germany? is it a glitch? I have ALL of their provinces so idk what is happening.
