Can't launch via Steam, 0xc0000135 error.

When I try to launch through Steam, nothing happens, as in the game doesn't launch, doesn't even get far enough to crash.

I can launch CK2.exe but then I can't access the launch menu (can't select mods or DLC). If I try to launch using ck2game.exe I get application error (0xc0000135).

I have windows XP 32-bit, service pack 3.

Hardware: 2 GBs Kingston RAM, Nvidia GT 8600, Intel Core Dua QE6850

I used to run it on a different, much faster PC, without issue.

Try to run it as administrator, worked for me when I had a similar problem.
