I've been unable to boot the game after 1.29 despite following all the advice available online (reinstalls, driver changes, upgrading to windows 10, doing everything again after windows update). it's error 0xc000007b.
I wonder if I'm missing a Microsoft Visual update, as so many of the fixes online for this issue go to webpages that no longer exist? Attached a list of what I have installed, if anyone can help me pinpoint what I'm missing!
