pretty much the title cant click the button on the war screen and can't ask the zoro church head to join my vessels can join but i can't

I would suggest you follow the guidelines for making a bug report, as stickied at the top of the game (notably that you include the version number & checksum in the title (particularly as there is a beta version at the moment)) - in any event being more specific helps QA replicate the bug.
