Can't invade

I'm playing as Italy in the 1936 campaign. Researched the advanced (i.e. 3 division) naval invasion. Tried to invade Tirana in Albania with three divisions...didn't work. Then tried with one...still didn't work.

You have to choose the mission invasion by using the mission box next to your commander.

And ofcource a beach in target area and dont forget range too and weather.
