I'm playing as Spain and the ACW just started, so I though it might be a good idea to make a preentive attack to avoid future unpleasantries regarding my rightful territories in the Caribbean
So I remembered this nifty new feature in Vic2 where you can intervene in other countries' wars and though it might be a good time to see how it works. To my surprise, when I tried to help the poor opressed Dixie I found I couldn't do it. The CSA was of course losing, by 20%. But since Liberia was in the war and it is an American satellite, the game wouldn't let me join. Apparently you can't declare war on satellites, even if they are not the war leader. Just by them being in the war, you are automatically denied the possibility of intervention.
I think this is probably not working as intended, but I though it could be worth asking your opinion since I might be missing something before reporting it as a bug. ¿Bug or WAD?
