Can't install Requiem

I try to run the install I downloaded from Direct2Drive and it gives an error popup with the following info:

Title: Penumbra Requiem Setup
Message: Penumbra Requiem requires Penumbra Black Plague to play.

Now, I've definitely got Black Plague installed because I can run it. Any ideas?

Running Vista Ultimate 64 bit with more than adequate specs.

I have the same problem as well (Windows XP Pro). I have submitted a ticket in Direct2Drive. If I get a good answer, I'll let you know.
