Can't inflict Casualties?

Hi,

I am playing "Peace without Victory" mod as Poland and when I try to combat the soviets, I can't seem to push in and when I look at the casualty report I inflict zero casualties while they inflict hundred's of thousands of casualties.
I have a high technology and a good land doctrine so this is my question
Is High-Tech researched divisions good against low-tech researched division (For example 1914 infantry vs 1945 infantry)? I want to enjoy Darkest Hour but can't if I keep losing

It isn't about mods, it's about the game in general, and I didn't get Darkest Hour off of steam

Then your original post was nonsense as you clearly wrote there that you have had that problem while playing the "Peace without Victory" mod.
If you have the same problem in the normal unmodded game too, then you are right to ask your question here.
