Hey Viscious, thanks for reaching out. Since you already state that you have the Cash and that Hymie's Notoriety Gate has been removed there's only the Relationship left. You might have hired another gangster who either Dislikes Hymie or is Disliked by Hymie, which keeps them from working together.
