So I haven't played CK2 in a little while, came back with latest patch as well as with charlemagne
expansion which I bought. I'm playing charlemagne for the new expansion scenario, I have a son who has come of age and has married, so I want to give him some duchies to get him started on the road to inheritance and power.
What i'm noticing is that I could only grant him a couple of counties or baronies out of the huge bunch that I have available to give, and when I give him a county, it does not open the option to grant him
higher level titles after, I can't really give him anything more. It only seems to happen for my heir, every other vassal I have I can give duchies or even kingdoms to, but for some strange reason my directheir cannot get anything else.
Never seen this happen before, anyone know what i'm missing?
