Cant give away titles due to owning a disputed title..?

Playing as the emperor of Byzantium i often find myself unable to give away titles due to suddenly becoming the owner of land that was part of a rebellion against one of my kings.

Dont know how i got the title and i dont know how to give it away or destroy it..
Help?

This sounds bad, could you try to provide us with some more information? Perhaps even a savegame?

i am able to save and then jump out and back in and this seems to fix it.
It says something about me not being able to give away titles because i have unlanded titles or something like that.
Seems to happen when there is a rebellion going on against one of my kings and i think they die or lose and then their land and rebellion go to me. when you click on the title it says that i am still in revolt against my own king but i am his emperor..

I had a similar issue - couldn't revoke a vassal count, who was a direct vassal. Tooltip said, he needs to be my direct vassal (which he was), but few moments earlier, he was a Duke, that surrendered to a faction demand (the same one as described in my previous bug reports, (he became independent and I got him back through offering vassalization). Save/Load fixed the issue as well.

It seems that there is some weirdness with rebellions right now...
