So I'm stuck and can't get to the howling rock, becouse of a glich. On the wiki it says that In order to unlock the howling rock (and so unlock the dawning spire) you need to finish "at all cost" quest I finished it by not killing anyone and persuading the beastman to give me the shield, but when I come back to Hundred-Blood there is nothing new, nothing unlocks and I can't get to the spire. I can't reload becouse I don't have a sove that old, I went off and did other two main quests before I realized what happened. I also tried using console command but all I see is a command that unlocks all the locations. If anybody could please say if there is a cheat just to unlock this one location.
