Can't get it to work?

Ok, I installed it and did all the fafing that comes with it, not when I click on it to play, it goes to the Box where it says Register, list of mods, list of dlcs, you know the one. I press Play CKII and it says "You need 5hundred and sumat ram" Which I have and pixel shader 3.0, which I don't have, at this point you would be excused for saying "WHERES THE FUCKING PROBLEM DIPSHIT!" But, it plays the rest of my paradox games well, HOI3 Vic2 and EU3, which atleast one of them requites PS3.0, so why is it only brining me up on it now?

This question also belongs in the tech-support forum, which you can't access because you are on probation. And since you continue with getting infractions, you probably will stay on probation for a while.
